ADVISORY
Our advisory services will increase the impact of skills development in your organization. We do this by aligning skills development with strategy and using it to solve existing business problems or avoid potential ones – while at the same time ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maximizing the Skills Development component of the B-BBEE scorecard.

SKILLS PROGRAMMES
We offer both SETA accredited courses, which provide learners with credits towards a qualification that lead to qualifications, and skills courses that harness thought leadership and best practices to upskill your staff and drive performance in your organisation without learners needing to complete assignments and Portfolios of Evidence. Our wide range of courses includes business skills, soft skills and computer skills.
LEARNERSHIPS
A learnership creates skilled workers who add value to a business by combining theory with practical skills in a work environment. The learner also learns life skills such as communication and teamwork and receives a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework. Learners can be sourced from the client’s current workforce or from the job market and while employment is offered for the duration of the learnership on a fixed term contract, subsequent employment is at the discretion of the employer.
In addition to the upskilling of staff, learnerships contribute to the B-BBEE scorecard and offer significant tax benefits.

BURSARY MANAGEMENT
Bursaries have become an important part of Skills Development. We will work with you to align your organisation’s bursary spend with your business strategy so that it delivers the best possible return on investment. Bursaries can be used to create a talent pipeline for the future skills you organisation needs, to boost employee engagement by funding education for staff and their family members, or simply to create social benefit by assisting deserving students with funds for higher education.
